We manufacture. You build your business.
As a trade-only supplier, we work behind the scenes to help your business deliver more, without the investment and complexity of managing every production process in-house.
A Printing Technology for Every Application
Different products demand different printing technologies. That's why we've invested in a diverse range of digital printing equipment, allowing us to match the printing process to the material, application and desired finish.
UV Direct-to-Board Printing
Our UV flatbed printing technology allows us to print directly onto suitable rigid materials, creating sharp graphics, vibrant colours and a professional finish.
By printing directly onto the substrate, we can produce a wide variety of rigid signs, display boards and point-of-sale graphics without the need to print and mount a separate vinyl graphic.
Our UV flatbed equipment also supports white-ink printing, opening up additional creative possibilities for suitable materials and applications.
UV Roll-to-Roll Printing
For flexible media, our UV roll-to-roll printing capability allows us to produce large-format graphics across a range of compatible roll materials.
This technology supports the production of graphics for advertising, retail, displays and other applications where strong visual impact and consistent print quality are essential.
Canon UVgel Printing
Our Canon Colorado M5 uses UVgel technology to produce high-quality graphics on compatible roll media.
UVgel provides an additional printing option within our production facility, helping us select an appropriate process for different media, applications and finishing requirements.
Eco-Solvent Printing
Our eco-solvent printing capability provides versatility across a range of self-adhesive vinyls and other compatible flexible media.
This process is particularly useful for applications requiring printed graphics on suitable adhesive materials.
White-ink capability on our compatible eco-solvent equipment also allows us to produce specialist graphics that require white printing alongside standard colour.
Direct-to-Fabric Dye Sublimation
Fabric printing is an important part of our production capability.
We operate four 3.2-metre-wide direct-to-fabric dye-sublimation printers, giving us dedicated capacity for wide-format textile production.
This technology allows us to manufacture fabric graphics for applications such as exhibition displays, fabric backdrops, lightbox graphics and other compatible textile products.
By printing directly onto suitable fabrics, we can produce graphics designed for applications where appearance, presentation and a fabric finish are important.
White-Ink Printing: More Creative Possibilities
Standard CMYK printing is ideal for many applications, but some materials and designs require an additional approach.
Our white-ink printing capabilities on selected UV flatbed and eco-solvent equipment allow us to produce graphics that would not be possible using standard colour printing alone.
White ink can be used for applications such as:
- Graphics on suitable dark-coloured materials.
- White elements within a printed design.
- White under printing to help colours stand out on selected substrates.
- Specialist graphics on compatible transparent or coloured media.
The appropriate print setup depends on the substrate, artwork and intended application.
For our trade partners, this means access to additional production possibilities without having to source another specialist supplier.
Promotional Merchandise Printing
Not every print job requires a large-format machine.
Our GZ H6090EI UV flatbed printer gives us the ability to print onto suitable promotional merchandise and smaller items.
This expands our production capabilities beyond traditional signage and large-format graphics, allowing us to support selected promotional printing applications alongside our wider product range.
By bringing this capability in-house, we can offer our trade customers another production option through Xtreme.
Precision Cutting and Finishing
Printing is only one part of the production process. The finishing stage is equally important in turning printed material into a professional, ready-to-use product.
Our finishing department combines digital cutting, plotting, routing, laser processing, laminating and specialist textile equipment to support a broad range of applications.
Digital Cutting
Our Veloblade Nexus digital cutting system allows us to cut compatible printed materials into the required shapes and sizes.
Digital cutting is particularly valuable for shaped graphics and display components where accuracy and consistency are important.
Routing and Laser Processing
Our routing and laser equipment provides additional processing capabilities for suitable materials and applications.
These processes allow us to support more specialised requirements, including shaped components and detailed finishing, depending on the material and product specification.
Laminating
Our Neolt laminator allows us to laminate compatible printed graphics where the application calls for an additional protective or finishing layer.
Depending on the material and intended use, lamination can help protect graphics from handling, surface wear and other forms of exposure.
Plotter Cutting
Our Graphtec plotter supports precision contour cutting for compatible printed graphics and self-adhesive media.
This is particularly useful for applications requiring accurately cut shapes, lettering and graphic elements.
Banner Finishing
Printed banners need to be finished correctly to suit their intended use.
Our dedicated Plastgrommet finishing station supports banner finishing and eyeleting, helping us prepare compatible banners for their specified installation and fixing requirements.
Textile Sewing and Finishing
Our textile finishing department includes eleven Juki sewing machines, including conveyor-belt machines.
This equipment supports the sewing and finishing of compatible fabric products, helping transform printed textiles into finished graphics ready for their intended application.
From fabric displays to other sewn textile products, finishing is an essential part of delivering a professional result.
From Print to Finished Product
A successful production process involves more than putting an image onto a substrate. The printing technology, material, finishing requirements and intended application must all work together.
Our production capabilities allow us to manage multiple stages of this process in-house.
Depending on the product, a typical workflow may involve:
- Artwork and Production Preparation
The supplied artwork and product requirements are checked against the specifications for the job.
- Material and Print Process Selection
The appropriate substrate and printing technology are selected according to the product, application and required finish.
- Printing
The job is produced using the most suitable available printing process, whether UV flatbed, UV roll-to-roll, UVgel, eco-solvent or direct-to-fabric dye sublimation.
- Finishing
Where required, the printed material moves through the appropriate finishing process, which may include cutting, routing, laminating, eyeleting or sewing.
- Quality Checks and Dispatch Preparation
Completed products are checked and prepared for dispatch in accordance with the job requirements.
The precise workflow varies by product, but our aim remains the same: to deliver professionally produced print and display products that our trade partners can supply to their own customers with confidence.
